This is a film in the form of a promotional video about La Campeona del Color, where she narrates how she earned the title of champion and how she works. As part of her method for selecting the perfect hairstyle for a person, she analyses her subjects personality in order to select the appropriate dye colour for the hair. The change of style of the subject is documented whereby in the final piece the face is removed for a black void. Thus, the thorough analysis of the face to develop the appropriate hair colour is contrasted by the fact that in the final piece the subject is entirely devoid of an identity.

From making this video, I collarated with la Campeona to create the piece Styles and Dreams, 2004. La campeona chose the hair style of 5 Latin-American people to make them look more European and I created drawings of these people with their new hairstyles.
